An app concept developed for Stanford University to assist students and professors with the archival research process
Branding, App Design, UX/UI, Illustration, Animation
We were tasked with developing a proof of concept for an app that would aid researchers in documenting and sharing source material within library archives. Organizational tools in the app help sort and sift through hundreds of photos/scans, as source material is generally not allowed to be removed from the room.
The name was developed as a play on words with the first three letters of "archive." The idea was to brighten up the heavily academic task for students to enjoy.

We developed a poster and illustration system featuring imagery of distorted and surreal library and archival spaces.
The app itself featured countless ways to organize pictures of documents sorted by source, class, and project. We also developed a image sharing and social element to easily collaborate with peers and professors.
